Credits and plans

Every generation spends credits. This page explains how they are held and charged, what each plan includes, how top-ups work, and what happens when credits run out or a payment fails.

How a credit is spent

A credit is the unit every generation is priced in. Each model has its own price, derived from what it really costs to run, and options such as a higher resolution, a longer clip, extra variants or extra reference images add to it. The exact cost of a press is always on the button before you press it.

Held, then charged
When you press Run, the estimated credits are held. When the result lands, the hold is charged. Until then the credits are reserved, not spent.
Never charged for a failure
A generation that fails, is refused by a content filter, times out or is stopped releases its hold in full. Only finished work costs anything.
One hold per step
A workflow holds credits step by step, so a run that stops halfway pays only for the steps that completed, and keeps what they made.
Spend order
Monthly plan credits are spent first, then free credits, then top-ups, oldest expiry first, so the credits that would expire soonest are used before the ones that keep.

The estimate and the real price

The number on a Run button is computed from the same price rows the server charges from. The server still prices the run again before accepting it, and a run sends its quote back as a ceiling, so a stale number fails rather than overcharges.

Every model is available on every plan. Annual billing costs the price of about eleven months, with the credits arriving month by month. Business plans add onboarding sessions, from one to fifteen. The current prices and any offer are on the pricing page.

Free
A one-time grant of 40 credits to try the product, not a monthly allowance. Free credits never expire, and they stay in your account as a welcome gift if you subscribe later.
What Pro and above unlock
Batch Run, the node that runs a workflow once per picture, is for Pro, Ultimate and Business.
What any paid plan unlocks
Cloning a Pro workflow template, and opening a Pro template in the Node Editor. Basic counts.
Brand systems
One on Free, five on Basic, twenty-five on Pro, no limit on Ultimate and Business.

Renewal, rollover and changes

No rollover
Monthly plan credits reset with each billing cycle. An unspent balance does not carry into the next month.
Upgrade
Takes effect at once: the full price of the new plan is charged, the cycle restarts that day, and every credit you already hold carries over with a fresh expiry.
Downgrade or cancel
Scheduled for your renewal date, so nothing is taken from the period you paid for. After it, the account moves to the new plan or to Free and unspent plan credits expire.
Annual to monthly
Also a renewal-date change: an annual plan runs to the end of its year, then switches.

Top-ups

When the month's credits are gone and the work is not, buy a top-up from Billing: 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 credits at the prices shown there. Top-up credits last six months from the day you buy them and are spent only after your monthly credits. They need an active subscription to buy and to spend, so on Free they wait until you subscribe.

When credits run out

A press that costs more than you hold does not start. The button says so, and offers a top-up or a bigger plan. A workflow that runs out partway stops at the current step and keeps everything the earlier steps produced, since those were already paid for.

If a payment fails

From the first failed attempt the account is marked Payment overdue. That cycle's plan credits are not granted and top-up credits are frozen, while any free credits you hold still work. The card is retried for seven days. Fix it in Billing and everything comes back at once, with the full cycle's credits. If the seven days pass without a successful payment, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to Free.

Where to see your credits

The credit menu
The balance in the top bar, with the plan allowance, free credits and top-ups broken out, and a bar for how much of each is left.
Billing
Your plan, its renewal date and price, the payment method, Change plan and Top up credits.
Credit usage
What you hold, every charge with what it was for, and the shape of the last month's spending day by day.

Refunds

A purchase or a renewal can be refunded within seven days, as long as no credits from that payment have been spent. Email support and the refund goes to the original payment method. The Refund Policy has the details, including the withdrawal right in the EU, the UK and Turkey.
