AgentDocks is an AI visual production platform. You describe what you want and it creates images and videos with the best AI models available. Work in a simple prompt box, or build repeatable workflows on a node canvas.

Every paid plan comes with a monthly pool of credits, and each generation spends a few of them. Free is a one-time grant of 40 credits to try the product with, not a monthly allowance. Bigger or longer generations cost more, and the exact cost is shown on the button before you press Generate.

All of them, on every plan. Images run on models like Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, FLUX and Runway. Video runs on Kling, Veo, Seedance and more. New models are added as they come out, with no plan gate.

You can top up with a one-off credit bundle, or move to a bigger plan. Either way your projects and generations stay exactly as they are.

Monthly plan credits reset with each billing cycle, so an unspent balance does not carry into the next month. Top-up credits are different: they last for 6 months from the day you buy them, they are spent only after your monthly credits, and they need an active subscription to spend.

Yes, and each direction works differently. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you are charged the full price of the new plan straight away with no proration, your billing cycle restarts that day, and every credit you already have carries over with a fresh expiry. A downgrade is scheduled instead, and takes effect on your renewal date, so nothing is taken away from the period you already paid for. Switching from annual to monthly is also a renewal-date change: an annual plan cannot be cut short mid-term, so the switch is scheduled for the day your year ends.

Within 7 days of a purchase or a renewal, as long as no credits from that payment have been spent. Email support@agentdocks.com and we refund to the original payment method. If you are in the EU, the UK or Turkey you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies unless you agreed at checkout to start using the service immediately.

Your account is marked Payment overdue from the first failed attempt. That cycle's subscription credits are not granted, and top-up credits are frozen while the payment is outstanding, though any free credits you still hold remain usable. We retry the card for 7 days. Fix the card in Billing and everything comes back at once, with the full cycle's credits. If the 7 days pass without a successful payment, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to Free.

Cancelling turns auto-renew off. Your plan and its credits keep working normally until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the account moves to Free and unspent subscription credits expire. Top-up credits are not deleted, but they cannot be spent without an active subscription, so they wait until you subscribe again, up to their 6-month expiry. Everything you have created stays in your account either way.

Templates give you a starting point for an image, video, or workflow. Add your own inputs and check the credit cost before running. Free workflow templates can be cloned on any plan; Pro workflow templates require a paid plan. Once cloned, you can customize the workflow in your own project.

You can use your outputs commercially on any plan, subject to our Terms. To the extent permitted by law, AgentDocks assigns you its rights in those outputs. AI outputs may not be unique, and we cannot guarantee copyright protection or that they are free of third-party rights.

You are not charged. Credits are only taken when a generation finishes, so a failed run releases its credits back to you automatically.

Your projects and generations are private to your account unless you share them. AgentDocks does not use your content to train its own models. Generating an output sends the required inputs to the selected model provider, which processes them under its own terms. We configure available options to limit provider training use.
