Cookie Policy

01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, serve the same purpose: remembering information between visits. This policy explains how AgentDocks uses them across our websites and applications.
02Cookies we use
We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal:
- Strictly necessary: authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in, protect your account, and secure requests (for example, the session tokens set by our authentication provider), plus a cookie recording your cookie choices. The Service cannot function without these, so they are always on.
- Preferences: settings such as your light/dark theme choice and interface language, stored so the product remembers how you like it.
- Analytics: set only if you agree. These tell us how people find and use the site so we can improve it. They cover Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and a first-party cookie recording which website or campaign first brought you to us. The second of these never leaves our own servers and is never shared.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell information derived from cookies. Analytics cookies are switched off until you choose to allow them, and rejecting them does not limit anything on the Service.
03Third-party cookies
A small number of third parties may set cookies in specific situations: our payment processor, Stripe, during checkout (for fraud prevention and to complete your purchase), and integrations you explicitly connect, such as Telegram. These are governed by the third parties’ own policies.
04Managing cookies
When you first visit AgentDocks we ask which cookies you allow. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary ones is set until you choose, and rejecting is one click, exactly like accepting. We ask again every six months, so a decision you made long ago never stands in for one you would make today.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies per site. Clearing them resets your choices here too, so we will ask again on your next visit. Keep in mind that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to AgentDocks. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
05Changes to this policy
If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice.
