1) No refunds
Agent Docks does not provide refunds for purchases, subscriptions, or credits. We provide trial credits upon sign-up so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
2) Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings (or by contacting support). Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your access remains active until then.
3) Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us at support@agentdocks.com with your receipt and account email. If we confirm an error, we will correct it (which may include a refund or credit at our discretion, where permitted).
4) EU/UK right of withdrawal (digital services)
If you are in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts in some circumstances. However, this right can be lost for digital services once performance begins, where you have given express consent and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel. By creating an account and using trial credits or paid access to generate Outputs, you acknowledge the Service begins performance immediately.
5) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we investigate.
6) Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
