1) Overview
Payments for Agent Docks — including subscriptions and one-time credit packs — are generally non-refundable, except as described below. We provide free trial credits on sign-up so you can evaluate the Service before you pay.
2) 7-day refund for unused purchases
You may request a refund of a purchase (a subscription payment or a credit pack) only if both of the following are true:
- the request is made within 7 days of that purchase, and
- no credits from that purchase have been used.
If any credits have been used, or more than 7 days have passed, the purchase is non-refundable — even if some credits remain unused.
3) What "used" means
Credits are consumed when you run a generation (image, video, text, or other Output). If you have run any generation after a purchase, the credits from that purchase are considered used and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
4) How to request a refund
Email support@agentdocks.com from your account email with your receipt. We will verify eligibility against the criteria above and, if eligible, refund to your original payment method.
5) Effect of a refund
When a refund is approved, the credits from the refunded purchase are removed from your wallet, and where applicable your account returns to the free plan. You cannot keep credits or paid access for a purchase that has been refunded.
6) Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings (or by contacting support). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your access remains active until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period except as described in section 2.
7) Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), contact us at support@agentdocks.com with your receipt and account email. If we confirm an error, we will correct it, which may include a refund or credit where permitted.
8) EU/UK right of withdrawal (digital services)
If you are in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts in some circumstances. This right can be lost for digital services once performance begins, where you have given express consent and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel. By creating an account and using trial credits or paid access to generate Outputs, you acknowledge the Service begins performance immediately.
9) Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account while we investigate and remove the credits associated with the disputed payment.
10) Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
