Privacy Policy

AgentDocks is an AI visual production platform that helps brands and teams create, edit, and automate visual content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites, applications, and integrations (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), profile photo, and workspace details.
• Content you provide: images, product photos, prompts, brand assets, text, and other materials you upload or enter to generate or edit content.
• Generated content: the images, videos, and designs the Service produces for you, and related metadata such as the template, model, and settings used.
• Usage information: pages visited, features used, generation history, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location derived from it.
• Payment information: plan, credit balance, and transaction history. We never receive or store your card details: payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe, which collects your card information directly. We only receive confirmation of the transaction and non-sensitive details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Communications: messages you send to support and feedback you share with us.

• To provide the Service: run your generations, store your projects, render your designs, and operate integrations you enable (such as Telegram workflows and webhooks).
• To operate your account: authentication, billing, credit accounting, and support.
• To keep the Service safe: preventing abuse, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting the security of our systems.
• To improve the Service: understanding aggregate usage so we can fix problems and build better features.
• To communicate with you: service announcements, security notices, and, only with your consent where required, product news.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AgentDocks orchestrates third-party AI models to fulfil your requests. When you run a generation, the relevant inputs (for example a product photo and prompt) are transmitted to the model provider needed for that request, and the output is returned to your workspace. We share only what is required to fulfil the request.

We do not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train our own models. Model providers process your content under their own terms; we select providers with business terms intended for production use and configure available options that limit the use of your content for provider training.

Your content is stored in access-controlled infrastructure: account data with our database and authentication provider, and media artifacts in private object storage that is never served publicly without authorization. Data is encrypted in transit. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures and least-privilege access.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, databases, object storage, AI model providers, payment processing, and email delivery), bound by contractual obligations to protect it.
• With integrations you connect, such as Telegram, to the extent needed to operate them.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AgentDocks, our users, or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case this policy continues to apply until you are notified otherwise.

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete content, it is removed from your workspace and purged from active systems within a reasonable period; backup copies expire on a rolling schedule. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, billing records).

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us at support@agentdocks.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our infrastructure and model providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for those transfers.

The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 16 years of age (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
