Workflow Issues
Workflow won't run or gets stuck
Possible causes:
- •Missing required inputs or connections
- •Invalid node configuration
- •Insufficient credits
- •Provider API issues
Solutions:
- •Check that all required input ports are connected
- •Verify your credit balance in the top-right corner
- •Try running individual nodes to isolate the issue
- •Check for error messages in the node footer
Nodes won't connect
Possible causes:
- •Port type mismatch (text vs image vs video)
- •Trying to connect incompatible node types
- •Canvas zoom level too high or low
Solutions:
- •Ensure port types match (text→text, image→image, etc.)
- •Check that you're connecting output to input (left to right)
- •Reset zoom with Cmd/Ctrl + 0 and try again
Generation failed or returned an error
Possible causes:
- •Model provider is temporarily unavailable
- •Prompt violates content policy
- •Invalid parameters or settings
- •Network timeout
Solutions:
- •Try switching to a different model
- •Review and adjust your prompt if needed
- •Wait a few minutes and retry
- •Check the error message for specific guidance
Performance Issues
Canvas is slow or laggy
Solutions:
- •Collapse nodes you're not actively using
- •Close other browser tabs to free up memory
- •Try using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
- •Clear browser cache and reload the page
Workflow takes too long to load
Solutions:
- •Check your internet connection
- •Refresh the page to reload the workflow
- •For very large workflows, consider splitting into smaller projects
Account & Access
Can't log in or forgot password
Solutions:
- •Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- •Check your spam folder for the reset email
- •Make sure you're using the correct email address
- •Try clearing cookies and cache, then log in again
Running out of credits too quickly
Solutions:
- •Use faster, cheaper models for testing and iteration
- •Check the Info Panel to see estimated costs before running
- •Run individual nodes instead of entire workflows during testing
- •Consider upgrading to a plan with more credits
